Private one-on-one sessions or duos (you plus one) are available in Suzi’s studio.
A set succession of postures with mini-savasanas between each asana to integrate the balancing of your body’s innate healing energy throughout the chakras. A feminine practice - breath centered, going inside, exploring your inner landscape and connecting with your true nature. The main focus is staying with the breath - never compromising the breath for a posture - becoming more intimate with your breath during your practice and in life in general. The Three rules: Listen to your body, Listen to your body, Listen to your body.
Suzi has been practicing yoga alongside her massage therapy practice for over twenty years. Her yoga practice has allowed her to stay physically and spiritually capable as a full-time body worker and mother.
